Hand Painted Furniture

We source our furniture from a variety of places - once even rescuing chairs that were destined for the bonfire! We love items from years gone by that were well made and made to last. However, we understand that many pieces are no longer fit with our modern stylish homes. Here at Doune Chic we don't believe in banishing old furniture to the tip. We say RECYCLE, RECYCLE, RECYCLE!! Using a variety of contemporary paint colours from the Annie Sloan palette we transform unwanted and unloved furniture to create bespoke items for your home. We can even mix you a bespoke colour if you don’t see the colour you want.  All of our items are for sale in the shop or alternatively if you have a piece of furniture at home that has seen better days, get in touch and let us transform it for you.
